Celebrities are always keen to be at their best and CBD is a way of helping this, as are all the other biohacking supplements.

Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian had a CBD themed baby shower which included a CBD bar where guests were able to create their own CBD-infused bath salts and body oils.
She said “ I’m freaking the f*** out having a fourth kid. … So everyone has a puff and put on some oil, “So, because I’m freaking out and the baby is coming in, like, two weeks, I thought what better way to celebrate than to have a little CBD.”.

Mike Tyson & Joey Diaz
Whilst on a podcast together, Tyson and Diaz both shared their liking for CBD oil when Diaz questioned Tyson “You love CBD oil?” he answered “Yeah, I think it’s the miracle oil.” with Diaz then commenting “Me too”.
Mike Tyson recently started up a marijuana ranch for developing his own range of products, both CBD related and marijuana-related, which currently ships to 12 dispensaries listed on their website.
Mandy Moore
Star of ‘This Is Us’ uses CBD oil on her feet when wearing heels in an effort to prevent sore feet.
She said: “This year I’m trying some CBD oil on my feet, which my stylist (Erica Cloud) recommended. I asked her if there was some kind of numbing cream, and she was like, ‘No! Try Lord Jones CBD Oil.’ So it could be a really exciting evening! I could be floating this year.”
Alessandro Ambrosio
Ambrosio is one of Victoria’s Secret most famous models.
She walks the catwalk at the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She ensures she gets the best sleep possible and relaxes her anxiety by taking CBD and drinking CBD water.
She said: “The most important thing to do is to sleep eight hours the night before, “It’s hard because the mind gets anxious, so I try CBD oil, and I think it helps.”.
Busy Philipps
Anxiety leads Philipps to try CBD in an attempt to prevent anxiety attacks coupled with a “hard cardio workout” she says she is “less likely to have a panic attack or get anxiety throughout the day.”.
She stated her stance on CBD saying: “CBD and THC gummies, which I’m a very strong proponent of now.”
Dakota Johnson
The Fifty Shades of Grey star uses CBD oil to ensure she gets to sleep on planes by keeping CBD drops with her and dripping some on her tongue.
She said: “I try to knock myself out on planes; otherwise my whole world falls apart”.
Seth Rogen
Following the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease to Seth Rogen’s mother-in-law in 2014 he appeared in front of congress to document the impact the disease had on his family’s life, as well arguing in support of legislation to increase federal funding for care and research into Alzheimer’s disease; including that of research specifically into CBD.
Whoopi Goldberg
Goldberg has her own medical-marijuana company with Maya Elisabeth, the brand has a line of products aimed at specifically providing relief from menstrual cramps.
The company offers edibles, tinctures, topical rubs, and a THC-infused bath soak. On CBD, Goldberg said: “if you don’t want to get high, this is a product specifically just to get rid of discomfort,” you can put it in your purse,”.
She further said: “You can put the rub on your lower stomach and lower back at work, and then when you get home you can get in the tub for a soak or make tea, and it allows you to continue to work throughout the day.”
Jennifer Aniston
Aniston uses CBD for stress, anxiety, and pain, she said: “CBD helps with pain, stress, and anxiety. It has all the benefits of marijuana without the high.”.
Olivia Wilde
Wilde started to use CBD after her “body was wrecked” following a play she did on Broadway, she uses it as an alternative to “using too many painkillers”, she also touted CBD’s “relaxing benefits” for her neck pain.
Stacy London
For her psoriatic arthritis, London uses CBD as she is “not a fan of prescription painkillers though they were kinda unavoidable after spine surgery,”.
She explained that CBD helped her because she is “so sensitive to medication” saying “the side effects were awful. But this product helped me off of them in 10 days. I never looked back.”.
Gene Simmons
Simmons does not take CBD or use marijuana, rather he “believes” in the product and invests in it.
He invested $10 million in Invictus, a cannabis company based in Canada.
Montel Williams
Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Williams is a user of CBD and other medical marijuana products following many failed attempts at treating and relieving the incurable autoimmune disease.
When traveling through Frankfurt airport in 2016 he was stopped when police found CBD in his bag but were released once he had proven what it was. He set u[ his own company ‘LenitivLabs’ in 2016, selling a range of CBD products.
Melissa Etheridge
Etheridge was diagnosed with breast cancer and following chemotherapy used CBD to relieve her of the pain that it causes.
Since, she has been an advocate for both marijuana and CBD use, setting up her own marijuana company ‘Etheridge Farms’ this year.
Michael J Fox
Michael J. Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991. He uses CBD to relieve some of his Parkinson’s symptoms.
His research foundation ‘The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research’ has been studying cannabinoids and their relation to Parkinson’s disease, with several studies funded by the company finding that cannabinoids may help to protect brain cells via antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms.
Morgan Freeman
Freeman’s use of CBD oil/medical marijuana started following a car accident in which he badly injured his shoulder, arm, and elbow.
Following the accident, his arm required reconstructive surgery with irreparable nerve damage. Freeman said: “I have fibromyalgia pain in this arm, and the only thing that offers any relief is marijuana”.

Upon questioning his recovery Diaz said: “It’s CBD,” It helps with the healing process and inflammation, stuff like that. So you want to get these for before and after the fights, training. It’ll make your life a better place.”.
Steve Kerr
Steve Kerr, coach for the Golden State Warriors basketball team/franchise said (regarding CBD): “I guess maybe I can even get in some trouble for this, but I’ve actually tried it twice during the last year and a half when I’ve been going through this chronic pain that I’ve been dealing with.”
Kristen Bell
Bell has advocated the use of CBD on her social media platforms saying “Always keep trying. Don’t give in. She uses it for her anxiety and CBD lotion for soreness after the gym.

Similarly to Mandy Moore, McCarthy reportedly used CBD for her heels at the 2019 Oscars ceremony.

Snoop Dogg partnered with cannabis company ‘Canopy Growth’ to create a marijuana product ‘Leafs By Snoop’. Snoop encouraged friend Martha Stewart to join with the company and create a CBD line that is currently in development.

On his various social media pages Eddie, the former World’s Strongest Man, has recommended CBD as a recovery product saying that it has “helped me with pain and swelling”, “helped me with sleep more than anything” following a “crazy year”.
Dan Bilzerian
Rich man Bilzerian launched his own CBD product range ‘Ignite’ in the US and has been in the UK promoting his products under the campaign ‘Ignited Kingdom’ recently this year, his product range even includes CBD lip balm.
Celebrities and CBD
Celebrities advocating CBD can only be a good thing for the already ever-popular product, especially as they use it because they are recovering from their sport, like the UFC fighters, using it for medical reasons like Parkinson’s disease or just taking it to reduce anxiety.
More and more high-profile celebrities are coming out in support of CBD following the legalization of marijuana in Canada and some states in the US, encouraging others to use the product and experience its benefits.
